Training Nights Safety

Clothing Members are advised to wear appropriate clothing for the time of year and the nature of the training run or race (e.g. fell).  Winter During the winter months we ask that members wear a high visibility vest or jacket during our training runs. Female runners Female runners will be accompanied by another member during training runs.  Kevin Slattery one of the members ensures that there is a chaperone available on a weekly basis. 


Social Training Runs Members meet every Tuesday in the reception at John Bright Leisure Centre.  Members usually arrive about 10 to 15 minutes early to catch up on any club or race news. Training begins at 7:00pm and usually lasts for around about an hour 
Speed Training SessionsThese sessions are kindly coached by Konrad Roberts, who is a level 2 Welsh Athletics Coach.  
Members meet as normal at John Bright Leisure Centre and make their way to the prom on Llandudno’s North Shore.
These sessions are held the 1st Tuesday of each month
